APPRENTICESHIP OPPORTUNITIESThe Esthetics program at LRATC is accredited by Apprenticeship Manitoba under the trade of Esthetician. To become an apprentice in this trade, students must:Successfully complete the Esthetics program at LRATC (1298 hours),Maintain an accumulative average of 70% or better in the trade subjects,Obtain a grade of 70% or higher on each component of the in-school practical exam administered by Apprenticeship Manitoba,Have a completed Grade 12 high school standing or equivalent, andGain employment under the supervision of a Journeyperson Esthetician and register as an apprentice, within two yearsTUITION / FEES APPLICATION FEE :ADDITIONAL COSTS :$20 ( n/a for High school students )PART 1: $200(approx.)for a nail kit. TUITION : NO COST ( High school students ) Students are required to purchase a scrub $6000 full program uniform.Students are required to wear $2727 Part 1,black enclosed shoes. $3273 Part 2 PART 2: $200(approx.)for an esthetics kit.STUDENT FEE :$25 per semester Students are required to purchase aTEXTBOOK FEE :$100 (refundable) scrub uniform and wear black enclosedshoes.
