Reporting Your Child's Absence
Timely reporting of absences is crucial for several reasons. Most importantly, it allows us to take necessary measures to ensure your child's safety and well-being. It also helps teachers plan accordingly.
To report your child’s absence, please follow these simple steps:
- Call or email the school’s main office.
- Provide your child’s name and grade and share the reason for their absence.
- If possible, let us know the expected duration of the absence.
Additionally, we kindly ask parents/guardians to voluntarily disclose any specific respiratory illnesses their child may have, as this information can assist us in taking additional precautions to ensure the health and safety of the entire school community.
We understand that privacy and confidentiality are of the utmost importance. Please rest assured that any information you provide will be kept confidential.
Your cooperation in reporting absences on the same day is greatly appreciated. By working together, we can minimize disruption to your child’s education and maintain their safety as our top priority.
We appreciate your support and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and productive learning environment for all students. If you have any questions, please reach out to the administration of your child’s school.
