EDGE Literacy is funded by the Manitoba Government, Department of Education and Training, Adult Learning and Literacy. Edge Literacy is a dynamic program designed to help adults learn to improve their academic levels in reading, writing, listening, speaking and employable skill sets.

Edge Literacy classes are offered Monday to Thursday in the mornings or in the afternoons. The program follows the school calendar running from mid-September to June.

We have a class for every level, with continuous intake throughout the year. It is never to late to register.

It’s Never Too Late to Return to Learning

There are many reasons for returning to learning. Maybe your goal is to:

  • Get help with everyday reading and math skills
  • Get your high school diploma
  • Prepare for college or university
  • Get a job

Whatever your reasons for returning to learning, you may find the help you need at Edge Literacy.

  • Reading
  • Speaking and Listening
  • Writing
  • Using Numbers
  • Using Documents

You choose what skills you would like to improve. You start at a level that is best for you.

Participation in the Edge Literacy Program is free.

Continuous registration throughout the year, to register, please contact:
