Province asking for public input on K-12 anti-racism policy development

The development of a provincial Kindergarten to Grade 12 Anti-Racism policy is underway.

Manitoba Education and Early Childhood Learning has contracted Rebecca Chartrand, President and CEO of management consulting company Indigenous Strategy, to assist in the planning and implementation of an engagement strategy.

Students, parents, and other education stakeholders are asked to filling out a survey to help collect engagement data.

Indigenous Strategy will use the data to create a report with key recommendations that will inform the development of the anti-racism policy.
