Students will:

Caregivers are encouraged to:

Behaviours Requiring School Intervention

The following behaviours are not acceptable and will result in school intervention:

• Bullying (behaviourthat causes harm or creates a negative, unsafe, or unwelcoming environment for another person or group, including in-person, online, or AI-generatedbehaviour).
• Physical, verbal, psychological, or sexual abuse.
• Discrimination, harassment, or intimidation.
• Possession, use, or being under the influence of alcohol, cannabis, or illicit drugs.
• Possession of a weapon or replica weapon.
• Gang-relatedactivity.
• Threats toward self or others.
• Significant vandalism, theft, or property damage.
• Misuse of technology thatimpactsthe safety, dignity, or well-being of others.

School responses will consider student age, developmental level, individual circumstances, safety concerns, and opportunities for learning and growth.

Responsible Use of Technology

Students are expected to use technology responsibly by:

• Using digital tools for educational purposes.
• Respecting the privacy and dignity of others.
• Using the internet, social media, and digital platforms appropriately.
• Following divisional expectationsregardingcell phones, artificial intelligence, and personal electronic devices.

Resolution of Concerns

Families are encouraged to contact the classroom teacher or appropriate staff member if questions or concerns arise. School administration will work collaboratively with students, caregivers, and staff to resolve concerns and support positive outcomes.
