Weekly reminders for February 6-10th

Good afternoon ESG families!
Please note our weekly reminders for the week of February 6-10th:
No School
There’s no school tomorrow. (February 3rd)
Valentine's Day
For Valentine’s Day this year teachers will celebrate the theme of friendship and kindness through classroom activities in the various subject areas. This provides all students with the opportunity to build community and foster positive relationships in their classrooms and with their peers. This may look different in different classes. If teachers are organizing any form of card exchange, they will communicate that process with you. If you have any further questions about Valentine's Day, please contact your child's teacher.
ÉSG PAC Hot Lunch
Two new hot lunch dates will be added to the Munchalunch program in the next few days. A Stew & Bannock hot lunch will be offered the week of Festival du Voyageur and a Domino's pizza lunch will be added in March. A reminder that Tuesday, February 7th is a Domino's pizza hot lunch for those that have already ordered.
2022 Lunch tax receipts
September to December 2022 lunch tax receipts ($40.00) are now available in the parent portal (under student portfolio). Accessing the tax receipts is done the same way as accessing your child’s report card. Attached are instructions.
Kindergarten Information Night
As we begin to prepare for the 2023-24 school year, École St. Germain is pleased to share information about our Kindergarten Information Evening that will be held at 7:00 pm on Thursday, February 16th, 2023. If you have friends or neighbours who also have children born in 2018, we would appreciate if you helped spread the word and encourage them to go to our website for information and to RSVP for this important evening. With the evening starting at 7pm and with all of the information that will be shared, the target audience for this meeting is for parents only, and not intended for incoming Kindergarten students or siblings.
