ÉSG PAC hot lunch program for students in Grades 1 - 5:

The next hot lunch date will be Tuesday, March 19th and will be a Domino's pizza lunch. Orders can be completed online using the Munchalunch  program. The cut-off date for ordering will be Monday, March 11th at 11:59pm. Parents wishing to volunteer can click on the volunteer tab in the program. Term 2 Report Cards

Report cards will be available via the Parent Portal or Tyler 360 app at the end of the day on Tuesday, March 19th.

Parent Conferences

This round of parent teacher conferences (Thursday, March 21st from 3:30pm-7:30pm) is student-led and is meant to provide a time for students to show their parents/guardians their work in the classroom. For each block of time, there will be other families in the class as well. Teachers will be there to answer questions and to help guide students as they show their work to you.   If you have specific and individual questions or concerns you would like to discuss with the teacher in a one-on-one meeting, please make arrangements with the teacher to have that conversation at a different time.   Conference Manager will open on Sunday, March 16th at 8am and will be open until 6am on Thursday, March 21st.  When booking your conference time, please remember that there’s no supervision between the dismissal bell and the start of the conferences.

Ramadan

This year, Ramadan begins in the evening on Sunday, March 10^th and continues until Eid al-Fitr on Tuesday, April 9, 2024. We want to support and accommodate students who may be fasting in observance of Ramadan. A supervised space in a classroom will be available should students need a space to use at lunch or other times.  Please contact me at cameron.johnson@lrsd.net if you have any questions or would like more information.

2023 Lunch tax receipts

September to December 2023 lunch tax receipts ($36.00) are now available in the parent portal (under student portfolio) for those who have paid their fees.  Accessing the tax receipts is done the same way as accessing your child’s report card.
