As we continue to prepare for the 2021-22 school year, École Sage Creek School is pleased to have shared a lot of information during our two virtual Kindergarten Information Evenings that were held on:
- Monday, February 22, 2021
- Thursday, February 25, 2021
If you missed the information evenings but live in Sage Creek (or will live in Sage Creek in September 2021) and have a child born during in 2016 (turning five, on or before December 31, 2021), you are eligible to register your child at École Sage Creek School. Although our school is currently overpopulated, please note that all children born in 2016 and who will be living in Sage Creek in September 2021 will be accepted at our school.
During the evening, some of our goals included:
- Sharing information related to what you can expect from our Kindergarten programs. Please note that Kindergarten is a "half-day" program.
- Explaining the two language programs offered at École Sage Creek School (English and French Immersion).
- Answering questions.
- Giving you an opportunity to explore the school (virtually).
- Sharing more information related to the registration process.
- Later in February, we will be making available the Kindergarten Registration packages and sharing more information related to the registration process (including how to indicate a preference for morning or afternoon Kindergarten).
Please note that registration packages will be accepted beginning on Monday, March 1, 2021 through Friday, March 28, 2021. Families who really need (or want) either morning Kindergarten or afternoon Kindergarten, are strongly encouraged to submit their registration packages very early on the first day of registration (Monday March 1st) as the placement for AM or PM Kindergarten is based on the order the registration packages are submitted.
