Cookie Drive to Support School Supplies

October 20, 2020

Each year, Rhonda Boileau, a local community member, participates in a community-based fundraiser to support a worthwhile cause.

This year, Rhonda's focus was on selling cookies by the dozen to raise funds for school supplies and money to support special school projects for Middle Years students, which she generously donated to students at Victor H. L. Wyatt School.

Rhonda used a local social media platform to advertise the cookie drive and within 24 hours, through the interest and participation of the community, she sold 50 dozen!  Some communities members were inspired to also give donations of money and supplies.

On behalf of the staff and students at Wyatt, we would like to express gratitude to Rhonda and the greater community for the donation of money and school supplies.
