The Shamrock Parent Advisory Council (PAC) is open to all parents of Shamrock students. We welcome everyone, and promote respectful collaboration. We are a volunteer run, non-profit organization that strives to improve the school environment for our children. We work to support student learning in partnership with school staff, trustees and members of the Louis Riel School Division and also the community.
Shamrock PAC fundraises to enhance the K-8 student experience with playground enhancements, school improvements, support student learning and activities. We strive to enhance communications and information sharing with our parents, and community members through meetings and our social media accounts. We also liaison between the school, parents, LRSD school board and other organizations relating to the school division.
At PAC, you can learn more about the school system, school happenings, meet teachers, admins, and it's a great way to get to know other parents in the community. We are always looking for members to join our PAC to help shape and benefit our school. PAC is determined to make the school a great place for our children and with creativity, ideas, initiative, volunteer hours and YOU, we can make that happen.

PAC regular meetings are held on the 1st Monday of the month, at 7:00 p.m., in the middle years MPR at Shamrock School. *Child-minding is available during meetings at no charge.
Meetings include a short report from the Principal and/or Vice-Principal. Updates are provided on the status of upcoming PAC events and current budget, initiatives and new agenda items can be raised. Special topics or guests will be announced in advance wherever possible, via PAC emails.
