The goal of the Physical Education Program is to encourage the development of healthy lifestyles through participation in activities which encourage fitness and positive relationships with others.
In addition to the school program, students have the opportunity to choose a variety of activities to contribute to all around fitness and camaraderie. Intramural games are offered during the lunch hours to students in Grades 1 to 8. Marathon Club takes over from April to June, offering students and family members an opportunity to walk, jog or run together in the community.
Volleyball, basketball, and badminton are among the school sports offered in various formats to students in Grades 5 to 8. The goal of these sports is participation, inclusion and teamwork.
