Citizenship

Page Content

In our school, we strive to teach our students the importance of active citizenship by embracing diversity as integral to building a democratic society.

In our work, we help young people to fully participate in our democracy. Beyond knowing about Parliament or how to vote, our young people need to be able to discuss, inquire, advocate, negotiate, dialogue, compromise, and care.

To achieve our goals and help shape responsible, conscientious global citizens, our focus on citizenship goes beyond the classroom and into the community. We need to instil in our students a passion for being responsible to themselves, others, and the environment.

RT @HSPMRPUDSEY: The grade 8 boys completed an exciting comeback to pull out a hard fought win over Island Lakes tonight. Close game throughout. Both teams played hard and displayed good sportsmanship. So great to be back after almost two years.
