Celebrating National Payroll Week 2023

As we prepare to welcome National Payroll Week, an annual observance from September 18 to 22, it is with great appreciation that we turn our spotlight to our remarkable Payroll and Benefits professionals.  The Payroll and Benefits team ensures all our LRSD employees have their pay and benefits processed accurately and on time. 

The National Payroll Institute (formerly Canadian Payroll Association) initiated this week of recognition in 1995. In the years since, payroll professionals have managed compliance with changes in legislation impacting everything from taxes to union dues, Employment Insurance to benefits. 

So, as we celebrate this National Payroll Week, let's unleash our appreciation in full force! Hats off to Rhonda, Sandra, Maurice, Heather, Jocelyn, Harj, Nikki, and Karen – the stars of our Payroll and Benefits team. They are to be commended for their hard work, professionalism, and perseverance!
