The Chair called the meeting to order at 6:32 p.m.
The Board welcomed newly elected trustees Bethany Kolisniak, Anna Weier, John Baert, and Brian Mayes, and welcomed back returning trustees Ian Walker, Ryan Palmquist, Sandy Nemeth, Peter Bjornson, and Irene Nordheim. As a newly constituted Board, trustees are looking forward to working together to support student success and strengthen public education across the Louis Riel School Division.
The Board elected Ian Walker as Chair and Brian Mayes as Vice Chair for the coming year.
Trustees completed third reading of Policy JBD/KJE – External Clinician Observation of Students at Parent/Guardian Request, and the policy was approved, marking the final step in its adoption process.
The Board recorded correspondence as being received.
The Chair adjourned the meeting at 7:56 p.m.
