​What are YOU running for? During the week of Sept. 22 - 26, we will be recognizing our hero, Terry Fox. Terry Fox and his Run For Cancer was a true story of inspiration, sacrifice, determination and strength.  All of us at Niakwa Place School can learn from him.

To celebrate his achievement and to help keep his dream alive, we will have a voluntary coin collection throughout the week:

Tuesday , Sept. 23 - Nickels & Dimes

Wednesday, Sept. 24 - Quarters

Thursday and Friday, Sept. 25 & 26 - Loonies and Toonies

Our week will conclude with a community walk on Friday, Sept. 26 at 10:00 AM. All families are invited to join us!  Let's all help to keep Terry's dream alive!
