Louis Riel School Division (LRSD) is pleased to share that Ian Walker and Brian Mayes were elected by their trustee colleagues as Chair and Vice-Chair of the Board of Trustees at the annual meeting on Nov. 3, 2026.
LRSD congratulates Ian and Brian on their election and looks forward to their leadership as they work alongside their fellow trustees in service of learners, families, staff, and the broader LRSD community.
LRSD also extends its sincere thanks to outgoing Chair Sandy Nemeth and Vice-Chair Irene Nordheim for their leadership, dedication, and service over the past school year.
The Board, which serves a four-year mandate, was elected on Oct. 28, 2026.
