CFE allows eligible Grade 11–12 students (age 16+) to earn high-school credit for paid employment. Students can earn up to 2.0 credits by working a required number of paid hours and completing brief career-development reflections. The program helps students build real-world job skills, explore career interests, and connect their learning to the workplace.
