The Louis Riel School Division (LRSD) values community input during our policy development process. You are invited to provide feedback on the following policies that are currently in the development phase:
Policies Open for Consultation
- Policy AB – Land & Treaty Acknowledgement
This new policy reflects current practice in LRSD schools and ensures alignment with upcoming changes to The Public Schools Act.
- Policy JBD/KLE – External Clinician Observation of Students at Parent/Guardian Request
This new policy provides a framework to guide requests by parents/guardians for an external clinician to conduct observations of their child in the school setting.
Share Your Feedback
Members of the LRSD community are invited to share feedback and questions by completing an optional Forms survey. The survey will remain open until May 15, 2026.
Feedback will help shape the final version of the policies, which will be presented for third reading later this spring or early next fall. Thanks in advance for your participation!
