    K-12 International Student Program

    Tuition Fees - 2023-2024 School Year

    There are two semesters in one school year. September to January/ February to June. 

    The full fee amount is due 90 days prior to program start. All fees are subject to change without prior notice. 

    ***Failure to pay ALL fees on time may result in the student's withdrawal from the LRSD International Student Program, including the cancellation of the acceptance letter and reporting to IRCC.

    NEW: Upon acceptance, $1,500 CAD deposit is required to issue a Letter of Acceptance

    International Student Program fees cover all expenses associated with a conventional school program. Please note that additional fees may be required for extracurricular activities. Yearbook fees are charged as an additional fee for those students wishing to order one. Grade 12 students should also be aware that costs associated with the graduation ceremony and celebration will be at an additional charge, payable to the school directly.

    Refund Policy - Louis Riel Arts & Technology Centre (LRATC) 

    To withdraw from your program after acceptance, please complete the following form and submit to internationalstudent@lrsd.net. - LRATC Withdrawal Form

    The effective withdrawal date will be the date the International Student Program of Louis Riel School Division receives the completed LRATC Withdrawal Form.

    All refunds are subject to a $200 processing fee.

    • Form submitted prior to first day of class        100% refund - less non-refundable deposit
    • Form submitted during the first 5 class days   75% tuition
    • Form submitted after 1st week                           NO REFUND

    Application Fee ($250 non-refundable)

    *Seat Deposit Fee ($1,500) refundable only with submission of Visa Refusal forms prior to the start of the program.
