​ANNUAL LEGISLATIVE BUILDING OPEN HOUSE

On behalf of the members of the legislative assembly, Premier Greg Selinger invited Manitobans and all visitors to the province to the annual open house at the Legislative Building, Saturday, Dec. 6.

"While we have settled into our winter weather, the inside of the legislative building is always warm and welcoming," said Premier Selinger.  "Join us as we share the sentiments of the holiday season."

Our very own Island Singers performed on the grand staircase at 1:30 in the afternoon. Just after a surprise visit from a familiar character with a long grey beard and dressed all in red.

A big thank you to Mrs. Lawrence, our Music Specialist and Choir Director and all of the staff and parents who were on hand to help with the event.
