École Howden Indigenous Circle

The Howden Indigenous Circle is a student-led group of students willing to learn more about the Indigenous culture and traditions. This year, storytelling of each of the seven teachings were shared and led by our very own Indigenous team member, Darlene Tomsic.  Students engaged in rich and deep conversations, created story vines, asked questions, and reflected on what the seven teachings mean to them. 

We look forward to continue working with Ms. Tomsic next year!
