School Board Member since 2014

A retired teacher, Josie Landry is concerned about the education of young people and is passionate about ensuring all Manitoba youth receive a quality education.

Josie is proud to be part of a school division which is willing to be open with and receive input from staff and parents. LRSD makes sure they meet the needs of the community of schools and all involved.

One of the issues Josie is most passionate about is ensuring all curriculum requirements are met at all grade levels. This aligns with the divisional priorities of citizenship, engagement and literacy/numeracy, as well as engages students in developing better citizenship.
