Glenwood Family Centre provides FREE programs for children 0-5 years of age. We offer fun and age-appropriate activities for you and your young ones to enhance their development, foster close familial bonds, and connect with other families and the community! Join the fun and have a healthy snack with us!

Through play-based learning, our program targets:

• Early literacy and numeracy
• Language development
• Nutrition and healthy living habits
• Physical skills
• Social-emotional skills

We celebrate and support our diverse community! Our programs are planned thoughtfully for our families. We also have a resource and a donation centre to help meet our families' needs and connect with outside support.

Ready for School Program 

Children born in 2o21 and registered to enter Kindergarten at

Glenwood School in September 2026 are eligible to attend.

Program runs twice per week from April 15^th to June 3^rd, 2026.

Monday and Wednesday (or as noted on schedule) mornings-9:00-11:15 

Registration begins February 12^th and closes March 20^th 

This is a FREE program, space is limited.

The Ready for School program is an opportunity for your child to:

Play, learn, interact, and grow comfortable in a school setting.

Learn and practice basic concepts, skills, and school routines.

Enjoy games, songs, stories and other fun activities.
