Cap and Gown Pick up

If you want to pick up your cap and gown prior to convocation, they are now available to do so in the library. This is yours to keep but you must bring it on your convocation day if you take it in advance. 

Grad Fees

Grad Fees ($80.00) due Feb 13th. This fee covers the costs associated with Convocation, the cap and gown, and the sitting fee for grad photos.

Fees need to be paid through this link or at the office via cheque, cash, or card. Please contact the office or click this link for online instructions if you have trouble making this payment.

Graduation Banquet and Safe Grad 

Thursday June 25th

7:00pm - Graduation Banquet – York Ballroom - RBC Convention Centre

  • Doors open at 6:00pm – register for safe grad upon entry

10:00pm - Safe Grad– York Ballroom - RBC Convention Centre

  • Safe Grad begins directly after dinner.  Students must attend the dinner to attend the Safe Grad festivities.

Below is the information needed to purchase tickets:

  • You are limited to 10 tickets maximum per grad family. If we notice that this maximum has been exceeded, then you will lose access to all purchased tickets.

  • The maximum for Safe Grad is two tickets - the grad and a guest if they chose to bring one. Remember, I need to meet the guest prior to grad if they are attending. They must also have a dinner ticket purchased.
  • The link to buy tickets is on the GCI Grad information site and tickets sales open at 8:00 AM April 30th and will remain open until 4:00pm June 1st.  
  • If you have any issues or need to pay by cash or cheque, please call the school and talk to Taylor Wickens or email taylor.wickens@lrsd.net. 
  • You must bring your eticket or printable ticket to the event. All guests will be scanned-in upon entry.


Convocation 

Friday June 26th and Monday June 29th

Registration information:

  • There will be one table assigned to each graduate registered to attend. This table comfortably sits up to 8 but you can fit more if you want others to come.
  • The sign-up has now closed. Confirmation emails for each session were sent out to the email used to register.
  • If you missed the sign up please email Stephanie Bartelette - Stephanie.Bartelette@lrsd.net to put in your request.

All expenses for this event are covered within the grad fee - no additional costs
