Grad 2026
Parent/Student Meeting- Grads and caregivers are encouraged to attend to be able to find out essential information and all the graduation proceedings.

Grad Fees
Grad Fees ($80.00) due Feb 13th. This fee covers the costs associated with Convocation, the cap and gown, and the sitting fee for grad photos.
Fees need to be paid through this link or at the office via cheque, cash, or card. Please contact the office or click this link for online instructions if you have trouble making this payment.
Graduation Photos
Grad photos are taken at GCI. Each grad will be able to book a 20-minute sitting time. Click here to book. Once on the site our school code is LLW. If you do not want grad photos, please book a time for just a headshot for the wall composite (no charge). Students will need their student ID number which is located on the report card or portal (not the MET #). If you cannot find it, please come to the office or email Stephanie.Bartelette@lrsd.net to obtain it.

Graduation Pow Wow
Date: June 3, 2026
Location: Dakota Fieldhouse (1188 Dakota Street - Dakota Community Centre). Please register at the GCI main office

Graduation Banquet and Safe Grad
Thursday June 25th
7:00pm - Graduation Banquet – York Ballroom - RBC Convention Centre
- Doors open at 6:00pm – register for safe grad upon entry
10:00pm - Safe Grad– York Ballroom - RBC Convention Centre
- Safe Grad begins directly after dinner. Students must attend the dinner to attend the Safe Grad festivities.
- This form needs to be returned to the office signed to attend safe grad.

Projected pricing
Banquet per ticket - $90.00 + online payment fee (~$4)
Safe Grad ticket - purchased at the same time as the banquet ticket - $30.00

Registration information:
- 20 Graduates per session
- There will be one table assigned to each graduate registered to attend. This table comfortably sits up to 8 but you can fit more if you want others to come.
- The sign-up opens Monday March 16th at 8am and will close March 19th at 4pm.
