Volleyball Fall Programs - Affinity Athletes Volleyball is offering an 8-week fall program beginning October 6^th, with sessions every Tuesday until November 24^th. Programs include Foundational Development for ages 9–12 and Advanced Skills & Club Prep for ages 12–13. For program details, times, costs, and registration information, please view the attached flyers.

Girls’ soccer team will be holding another tryout on Thursday from 3:45 - 5:15 PM on the turf field. We need some more players please come talk to Mrs. O'Dowd - Foods teacher or just show up to the field.

GCI’s Dungeon’s and Dragon’s Club will be having their info meeting today at 3:45 PM in the Library. Our club managers will explain what D&D is and you can sign up to play as a player or DM. All interested students are encouraged to attend; no understanding of D&D is needed to join. 

Nii’kinaaganaa - GCI’s Indigenous Students & Allies group meets every Tuesday at 3:30 PM in Room 117 - Ms. Jac-Lynn’s room. Our first meeting will be today.

Interested in sewing? Looking for a way to contribute to organizations in need? Wanting to try out a new hobby to benefit your mental health? Needing volunteer hours? If you are, then join the GCI Crafters with Cause lunch club! First meeting, September 23^rd at Lunch in the GCI Middle Years Textile Arts Lab – Room 102. No previous sewing experience required!

The Louis Riel School Division is offering Special Language Credit Examinations on Monday, November 2^nd and Tuesday, November 3^rd at Dakota Collegiate, located at 661 Dakota Street, Winnipeg, MB. Students can earn up to four credits through the exam, one for each grade level. Students enrolled in high school programming do not have to pay for the exam; however, International Students must pay a $70 fee. If you are unsure whether you are considered an International Student, please contact Mr. Reaney on Teams. To receive an application form, please send Mr. Reaney a message on Teams. The application deadline is Friday, October 2^nd at 4:00 PM. A group message with the exam dates and times will be sent once the schedule is finalized.
