Student Accident Insurance information for the 2026–2027 school year is now available. Parents/guardians are encouraged to review the information about Universal Student Accident Insurance and optional Voluntary Student Accident Insurance to determine whether additional coverage is needed. Please note that Student Accident Insurance is not a replacement for Manitoba Health coverage, and families without provincial health coverage are responsible for securing appropriate coverage. Information, coverage details, and claim forms are available through the MSBA Parent Portal at www.hubinternational.com/msbaparentportal. See Attachments. 

Spirit Week will take place from February 23–26 this year. The Spirit Week Committee will begin meeting on the first Friday of October to start planning. We hope to see you there!

Students interested in attending Peaceful Village should pick up a registration from the office and return it to Peaceful Village on Tuesday September 15^th. 

Are you an experienced curler interested in representing GCI this year? We’re looking for students with curling experience who are interested in joining the GCI Curling Team. Interested? Come see Ms. Moore in the gym for more information!

LOCKER REMINDER - All students must have a lock on their assigned locker by Friday. Any lockers without locks by Friday may be reassigned to other students. Please make sure your locker is secured before the deadline.

Scooters at School - Students are reminded that scooters must be locked up outside and are not permitted inside the school. For safety and security reasons, please use the designated bike/scooter racks and ensure your scooter is properly secured.
