The Louis Riel School Division (LRSD) is proud to celebrate Staff Appreciation Week from February 8 to 14, 2026. This annual celebration recognizes the remarkable contributions of our teachers and staff to the well-being, growth, and success of students across the division. It also coincides with Manitoba’s province-wide Teacher and Staff Appreciation Week.
Guided by our Multi-Year Strategic Plan, LRSD reaffirms its ongoing commitment to fostering employee wellness, enhancing employment equity, and promoting increased representation among educators. These priorities strengthen our ability to create thriving learning environments for all.
This week, we celebrate the care, creativity, and commitment that LRSD teachers and staff bring to their roles each day. Whether in classrooms, offices, libraries, buses, or in any of the other many roles around the division, their collective efforts make learning environments where students feel seen, supported, and inspired to achieve their goals. We thank all LRSD employees for the incredible difference they make in shaping thriving learners and flourishing communities, and we invite the community to share in our celebration of our wonderful staff.
