Dear CJS Parents and Guardians,

Collège Jeanne-Sauvé believes that the relationship and communication between parents and teachers is an integral part of creating conditions for each student to succeed. As with many events this year, we will be hosting in-person Student Progress Conferences. The following date has been reserved: 

 Thursday, April 25, 2024:           

 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm (in person only) 

 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm (in person only)

As in past years the booking process will be through the Collège Jeanne-Sauvé Conference Manager. Conference. Manager allows you, as a parent, to check your child’s teachers’ conference schedules and then book an appointment quickly and easily. Conference Manager is now open and will remain open until Thursday, April 25, 2024. A friendly reminder to review your child's report card before attending Student Progress Conferences.

1. Please go to the Parent Portal and click the link titled Conference Manager. 
2. Register for a parent account by clicking the Register Now button. You will only need to do this once. Although parents can register any time, the booking of conferences can only begin at the date and time displayed on the log in screen. 
3. When the Conference Manager is open for booking, log in by clicking the BOOK NOW button and follow the prompts. If you have more than one child in the school, select the teachers for each child by placing a checkmark beside each teacher’s name.
4. When booking an appointment, please note that all appointments will be in person. 
5. If you are unable to schedule an appointment with the Conference Manager, please reach out to the school office (204-257-0124) and someone will help you to and make alternate arrangements. 

We greatly appreciate parents booking their own appointments but know this is not always possible. If you are unable to book your own appointment, please call Ginette Lemoine at 204-257-0124 for assistance.
