Our school is proud to be participating in Heart & Stroke’s Jump Rope for Heart beginning May 4.

Students will:

• Learn EASY healthy habits
• Raise funds to support lifesaving heart and brain research

🏈 St. Vital Mustangs Spring Camp

The St. Vital Mustangs Football Club is hosting a Spring Camp on May 23 & 24.

✅ This is NOT a tryout — it’s a fun, introductory experience for students who:

• Are curious about football
• Want to develop basic skills
• Simply enjoy being active and outdoors

📌 Focus Areas:

• Catching & throwing
• Movement & teamwork
• No tackling involved

With over 75 years in the community and a brand new turf field, the Mustangs are committed to inclusive, positive sport experiences for youth.
