🍕 Spenst Bros. Frozen Pizza Fundraiser

Our delicious Spenst Bros. pizza fundraiser is underway!

• Look for the yellow order form sent home last week
• $12 per pizza
• Payments: Cash or cheque (payable to Samuel Burland School)
• Order deadline: January 20th
• Pickup Date: January 29th

🎶 Winter Band Concert featuring the Synergy Choir

Join us in the Samuel Burland gymnasium on January 22nd for two performances:

• Matinee: 2:30 PM
• Evening Concert: 7:00 PM (Students arrive at 6:30 PM)

• Synergy Choir

🔒 School Safety & Controlled Access

To support a safe learning environment, please note:

• All exterior doors remain locked during school hours
• All families, visitors & community members must enter through Door 1
• Students arriving after 9:00 AM or 12:45 PM must use Door 1
• To enter: call 204‑254‑0124 or use the new doorbell at Door 1
• Adults are asked to wait outside during peak drop‑off/pick‑up
• All visitors must: 
  • Sign in at the office & wear a visitor badge
  • Sign out and return the badge before leaving

🧣 Bundle Up for Winter Fun

Outdoor play is a regular part of our day!
 Please ensure students come prepared with:
Warm coat • Hat • Mittens • Boots

We follow LRSD’s Maximum Outdoor Instruction Time guidelines using wind chill reported from The Forks. Thank you for helping keep our students warm, safe, and ready for winter fun!
