Who We Are
Welcome to the Louis Riel Arts & Technology Centre (LRATC)
At LRATC, our dedicated staff are committed to helping students grow, succeed, and achieve their goals. We provide engaging learning experiences that challenge students, support personal development, and foster strong relationships between students and staff. These connections are an essential part of student success.
Our programs are current, industry-relevant, and built on effective teacher-led instruction. Students have the opportunity to begin, and in some cases complete, post-secondary education while still in high school. Many graduates choose to continue their studies at LRATC after high school and may be eligible for significant reductions in tuition fees.
We also offer a unique pathway for students pursuing a Provincial Mature Student High School Diploma. Through provincially approved English, Mathematics, and History courses, students can earn high school credits alongside their LRATC program certificate.
We take great pride in the success of our graduates. Many move directly into rewarding careers after completing their programs, while others continue their education through apprenticeships, industry-led training, college, or university studies.
To ensure our programs remain relevant and responsive, LRATC staff work closely with industry advisory groups and maintain strong partnerships with businesses and organizations. These connections help align our programs with current industry standards while providing students with valuable networking opportunities and smoother transitions into employment and further education.
At LRATC, student success is at the heart of everything we do. We are dedicated to supporting the needs of our learners and creating an environment where they can thrive. We invite you to join us for an exciting, dynamic, and rewarding educational experience.
