Students leaving LRSD on June 30th, 2026, are encouraged to save personal OneDrive and email content before account deactivation.

Students access will end on July 31st, 2026

• To save OneDrive files to a personal PC or Mac - create a new folder in your OneDrive - move the files you want to save into the folder and share that folder to your personal email. Open the share link on your PC or Mac and copy items to your personal device or cloud storage. Note: file sharing links expire after 365 days.
• To save email forward the items to your personal account as individual emails or attachments.
• Students that return to LRSD within 2 years will have OneDrive and email data access restored. This includes staff returning as substitutes and casual. This does not apply to students that become staff.
• LRSD is not responsible for personal OneDrive and email content after 2 years of account de-activation.
