Chris Wolynec Appointed Vice-Principal of Victor H.L. Wyatt School

On behalf of the Senior Leadership Team, please join us in congratulating Chris Wolynec on his new appointment as Vice-Principal at Victor H.L. Wyatt School for the 2025-26 school year. The Board of Trustees confirmed his position at a Regular Board Meeting on June 17. 

Chris brings a wealth of experience to his new role as Vice-Principal. His career in Louis Riel School Division (LRSD) began with subbing in 2002. In 2003, Chris joined the Highbury School team as a teacher and remained there in various teaching positions until 2015. He took on a new role at Glenlawn Collegiate Institute (GCI) as a Student Services teacher in the Coop Ed program. Over the years, Chris has taken on a variety of leadership roles including Designate Teacher and Team Leader. Most recently, he has served as Team Leader for Mastery at GCI. 

Chris is known for the high level of respect and patience he brings to his interactions with students, colleagues, and families. His professionalism, enthusiasm, and dedication to building positive and supportive relationships have made him a trusted and valued leader in the school communities he has been a part of. Chris’s ability to foster a welcoming and inclusive environment will no doubt be an asset to the Victor H.L. Wyatt School team.
