UPDATE: All buildings have regained power.

We are currently experiencing a widespread power outage affecting multiple schools along the Fermor Avenue corridor.

At this time, we are not cancelling classes and students and staff are not being sent home.

Administrators are consulting the school Emergency Response Plan, which outlines procedures to follow in the event of a power failure. 

The Manager of Maintenance is aware of the situation and is in communication with Manitoba Hydro.
