She served as a term vice-principal at École Van Belleghem in 2009 before taking on dual roles in 2010 as a teacher-librarian and Grade 4 teacher at École St. Germain. From 2011 to 2018, Lynn worked at École Van Belleghem and École St. Germain, transitioning to a student services role at École Van Belleghem in 2018. In 2020, she became the full-time student services teacher at École Van Belleghem, and in 2023, she was appointed vice-principal at École Provencher.

Lynn’s leadership is grounded in collaboration, fostering a culture where every voice is heard and valued. She is dedicated to creating safe, inclusive spaces that empower individuals to thrive and bring their authentic selves to the table. Lynn models humility and sincerity, building trust through transparent communication and genuine care for others. Her evidence-based decision-making ensures thoughtful and informed choices that prioritize the well-being of students, staff, and families. By valuing individuality, Lynn cultivates a supportive environment where everyone feels seen, respected, and motivated to contribute their best.
