Divisional Policies - H

Section H: Negotiations

Section H - The Louis Riel School Division follows the National Education Policy Network (NEPN) system for policy coding and classification. As this system is designed to serve school boards throughout North America, not all sections of the index are relevant to the Louis Riel School Division at this time.

In the Province of Manitoba, Labour Relations, including collective bargaining, are governed by Provincial Statutes, in particular, The Labour Relations Act. For this reason, Louis Riel School Division has chosen not to have local policy on the matters identified in this section of the policy manual.
