Last Friday, Mayor Brian Bowman kicked off his ambitious tour of all 62 Winnipeg high schools. Beginning with our very own Nelson McIntyre Collegiate, he gave an impassioned speech to over 200 students on the future of Winnipeg and the role of young people, and introduced his exciting new Scholarship!
