Organizational Chart

​To support student learning, we need to ensure our leadership and management structure is carefully defined. This is for several reasons:

  • To ensure that we can effectively support students, staff, parents and the greater community by leading the work to realize Divisional Priorities, with our Vision and Mission in mind.
  • To maintain accountability through respect for, and compliance with, legislative and ethical expectations that govern Manitoba's public education system in areas such as
    • Policy development and implementation
    • Budget development, finance and purchasing, and contract negotiations
    • Educational legislation, curriculum delivery and special services for students
    • Human rights legislation, employment practices and human resource management
    • Technological support services and information management systems
    • Facilities planning and maintenance
    • Transportation services
