What's Happening?Time is valuable, and keeping track of school events and activities can be challenging. What's Happening? is a quick-reference tool that provides information about developments that affect students, parents, staff and the school community. What's happening in May?As April comes to an end, with the hope of a warm May, a number of special events are being planned at St. George School:
In addition, students are involved in the Marathon Club, with practices Tuesday and Thursday mornings, the Grade 7-9 Track and Field Team practices after school and the Badminton Club is practicing two to three days per week. Tuesday and Thursday at noon the Grade 5/6 Basketball club meets and Tuesday and Thursday at 3:40 p.m. the boys Rugby team practices. Don't forget that the chess club and the cribbage club that meet at noon as well. Student field trips are being planned to support classroom learning. Parents are encouraged to contact their child's teacher with any questions. And...please reserve Thursday, June 5 for the Family Fun Night and BBQ. A very busy school!
