Opening Day Conferences

The opening day conferences have proven to be an excellent way to start the school year and to start the relationship that will evolve between teacher, student, and parent. All parents will receive a confirmation of the time of their meeting with the June report card. We have attempted to schedule the meetings so that parents with more than one student can go immediately from one meeting to another.

The opening meeting also relieves some of the anxiety experienced by students as they get to meet their new teacher, see their new classroom, and they have the opportunity to ask any questions that may be of concern to them. Therefore, we encourage all students and at least one parent to come to the opening day meeting.

If the time you received is not convenient for you, please call the school office anytime after August 23 to attempt to reschedule your meeting.
