What's happening in June?Celebrations and Thanks!As June brings to a close another exciting and successful school year, we would like to take the time to thank parents and community members for their involvement with us. Your ongoing support and involvement makes a difference to our students in their day-to-day lives at school and contributes greatly to our culture and climate. We look forward to acknowledging volunteers later in the month at our Volunteer Tea! Students are excited about new playground equipment provided by the H. S. Paul Parent Association. The hardtop surface has been a celebrated addition to our school grounds, thanks to long term support from the H. S. Paul School Park Enhancement Committee. These valued volunteers continue to provide stewardship and support for the hardtop, keeping it safe for students to play on. Many thanks to Band Boosters for their support for Grade 8 Fine Arts Camp. Students are working on applying and connecting their learning in demonstrations to guide final student evaluations and reporting. A number of field trips and year-end events are posted on the calendar to guide our way to the end of the year. The Final Book Fair, Band and Guitar concert, Marathon Club for Grade 1 to 8, track and field events and Athletic Luncheon for Grade 7 and 8 students are among many upcoming events posted on our calendar. It has been great to see so many parents participating along with their children in many events this year. Finally, we bid farewell and congratulations to staff and students who will leave H. S.
