Guitar 6 - 8

The guitar program focuses on instrument technique, theory literacy, music literacy, creating and writing music and performances. As part of the performance curriculum, school concerts are held by the guitar program to allow students to demonstrate their musical ability. Extracurricular activities include various performances and festivals. 

Instruments used in the guitar program are supplied by the Division. Guitars are available for in-school use only. Students are required to pay a $10 user fee to cover string breakage and instrument maintenance.
