Philosophy
Collège Jeanne-Sauvé strives to provide students with opportunities to reach their potential and aim for excellence through various learning experiences, while
- promoting independence, respect and good citizenship
- nurturing the skills necessary for lifelong learning
- further enhancing their second language learning
We endeavour to provide a structured learning atmosphere so that young adults have the opportunity to learn in a safe, orderly, open, trusting and caring environment.
Collège Jeanne-Sauvé offers parents, students, educators and members of the community to form a working partnership to maintain a strong school culture.
In keeping with the mission statement, students are committed to doing their best to meet the following expectations:
- behave in a responsible manner in agreement with school rules and the Collège Jeanne-Sauvé code of behaviour
- make a conscientious and diligent effort in course work and extracurricular activities
- attend classes and extracurricular activities punctually and regularly
- demonstrate a commitment to using and perfecting French—their second language
