Code of BehaviourBILINGUALISM We recognize that to become bilingual, we need to practice our French language skills at every available opportunity. The Collège Béliveau Community Collège Béliveau is a Total French Immersion High School. The Collège Béliveau learning community believes that a student best learns a second language by communicating and studying in that language. Students will communicate in French in the presence of any staff member or delegate (includes support personnel, guests, etc.) Each staff member has evolved a classroom plan to promote le FRANÇAIS as the only language of communication in their classroom.
