About Us
Who Are We?
ATC is a hub and a leader for technical and career education in the Louis Riel School Division. Students from eight LRSD high schools chose to complete ATC programs in pursuit of their interests and exciting careers. ATC has developed partnerships with the DSFM and Sunrise school divisions to offer programming options to students outside of the LRSD.
Mission Statement
The Louis Riel Arts & Technology Centre (ATC) is a public education institution committed to offer quality technical and career education to secondary and post-secondary students. ATC programs and courses will provide students with the competencies needed for employment or further training by meeting industry and business demands. ATC aims to develop student skills, knowledge and attitude to allow them to pursue life-long learning.
Our Goals

- to maintain and develop programs commensurate with economic and social indicators.
