The Louis Riel School Division believes that constructive communication is the key to a healthy learning environment and encourages dialogue between members of the school community.

One of the most important aspects of communication, especially when resolution of concerns is the goal, is that it occurs with the person(s) who can most appropriately respond to suggestions or questions. When communication may present special challenges, the Division's Protocol for the Resolution of Concerns provides guidelines to assist all members of the community.
