The Superintendent's Notebook

The Louis Riel School Division is committed to providing the information that builds the “respectful partnerships between home, school and community” that support our Statement of Mission. The Superintendent’s Notebook allows me to communicate directly with you, about matters of importance for our entire Division, and to respond to information that community members request – these requests often benefit the larger audience.

The Notebook also provides an opportunity to learn more about events that profile student learning and accomplishment, divisional programs and priorities, and current educational issues. You may also learn more about the other 38 schools that form the divisional community of which your children’s school is a part.

Our website strives for continuous renewal, and we welcome suggestions for adding information – the Notebook is one of many opportunities through which you may navigate your path of learning about our vibrant and progressive School Division.
