Communication Protocol
The Louis Riel School Division believes that constructive communication is the key to a healthy learning environment and encourages dialogue between members of the school community.
One of the most important aspects of communication, especially when resolution of concerns is the goal, is that it occurs with the person(s) who can most appropriately respond to suggestions or questions.
Lasting resolution of misunderstandings, concerns, and conflicts maintains the dignity and privacy of all parties---and strives to respect people's reputations.
The Division's Protocol for the Resolution of Concerns provides guidelines to assist all members of the community when communication may present special challenges.
